On my 1 yr anniversary with PD at 68 yrs/old from agent orange exposure in the 70's. I really appreciate your channel and wish you both well starting with PD so early in life. Blessings!

hi to you both.HappyNew year. I am care giver to my husband who is doing really well at 81….been diagnoised almost two years ago. ..He never hid the fact from people exercise daily…no supports in our area….just wondering about genetic testing to see what possible caused it …as years ago my husband worked in a setting possible envoirment factors…My girls would like to know…..

For me, I usually go to bed around 10 or 11pm or later. I realized that I sleep 3-5 hours in a row. After 5 hours it's a toss-up on if I can fall back asleep or I'm up for a few hours and then take a nap at 8 or 9am

yes, it's for Parkinson's only. It's just a typical open gym. She has weights and other items for activities.
