Nothing really "helped"me, but meditation allowed me to step outside the confusion and just be. I'm still learning to be. Seems like you want some kind of epiphany, but it's a lifetime process.

Thanks Bill. The brain does heat up not just during a kundalini firing but when the process is complete. You build new brain circuits that allow you to see and hear infrared light and infrared sound. Also, when their are coronal holes, there is increase in light in brain , which feels like it's heating brain.

It is exactly the same. 7 chakras are taught to be at the spine with energy rising up through them to the right hemisphere of the brain. I think it's still on Track. But I use the word capacity. Usually our whole brain and nervous system is not actively lit up. But with differ states if mind, coherence, medii, we see the brain light up and completely interconnect. Much like what happens when people do pilocibin mushroo. Great meditators can do lots of cool things around lighting up the quieting the brain.. but I do feel there is a coherent state we should try to maintain heart and brain coherence. Like Dr Rollin McCarty discusses. Our brain and body use minimal effort to get by. But if you need something you grow and adapt to it.
