Everyone can relate to the lyrics a lot. And the story of this video itself. The pandemic sucked. You can't go anywhere, you have no money to go anywhere because you're broke/not working, being inside your house 24/7 becomes really comfortable, using substitutes for happiness like alcohol/drugs or dumb unfulfilling activities... That's the best environment for crippling anxiety. It feels like you're drowning, can't sleep, yet look out a sunny window feeling trapped in your situation. Just like the scene in the MV.
