Great presentation, I will be an 8a contractor by the end of this year. I need alot of help as my past has haunted me. I'm currently retired and have not filed returns for a couple of.years only filing extentions. I wish to know more about your program. I am proactive.

Yes were are in the planning stages and are building our cash reserves, setting up credit accounts and business lines of credit. We set up an accounting system last year to track our cash flow and profit. We also have been approved to purchase all the equipment we need to apply for contracts once our 8a certification is approved.

Are you ready for 8a things to consider: 1. Are you bidding and winning Contracts? Experience bidding and past performance winning. Know how to price to profit. 2. Developing new business and cultivating existing business relationships. 3. Do you have cash flow? Are you managing/tracking cash flow via business bank accounts and not commingling funds in personal account? 4. Do you have Resources? No just money. Be proactive in approach before applying to 8a 5. Look for partnering relationships that will take your business to next level.

I just finished watching your video I did see a video sometime ago I am a subcontractor working for a day I am applying for my eBay now I am doing Federal facilities at a level that 8 days should be done but I'm doing it because they have the certificate but I have the labor power.. My local SBA rep exactly told me this but the problem was the guy with PTAC in my area was not cooperative at all and I was not able to win any contract last year and then Pandemic hits and the whole situation was changed. I don't know if 8a helps to win contract because there are most of solicitations set a side for Veterans owned business or Native minority business very few of them for 8a.
