This is it! A difficult yet eventful year 2021 is over and it's time to review the rail adventures and the trains that it made pass the camera. The decision for the ranking of the trains in this compilation was based on multiple factors. Of course, the lead engine of a train and the composition of the consist, and also the rarity of the catch were the dominant elements. However, each individual train tells a story to myself and thus the location and special memories contributed as well to a not negligible extent.
As always, I hope that the new year will be at least as productive, with many exciting catches on one or another excursion into the wild "railverse". I wish you a safe and happy New Year 2022! Let me also take this opportunity to thank all those loyal viewers who rarely miss a single video on this channel, but also all others who come by occasionally. Keep watching, commenting, liking... I knew which train will be number one, even before I've watched the video. CSX 3194 is one of the nicest locomotives out there. She definitely deserves the crown. It was good to look back on 2021. You caught a lot of interesting things last year, especially on your trips. The European trains are really cool, no surprise that video is very popular. Haha, it pays off to follow the channel consistently throughout the year :) Yes, there wasn't much leeway for a surprise. During production I was somewhat astonished as to the amount of great material that had accumulated. These compilations are very popular. There's a lot of action in a less than an hour. But producing a video like this is a very time-consuming effort. I almost "forgot" it this time, but several fans of this channel told me that they were waiting for it, so I complied lol

This is my first time viewing. What a treat for me as a railroader to watch & to video this in North America & Germany. How delightfully this was put together in every segment. This also a strong influence as a scale modeler as i have taken a lot in the hobby for all my many years. For the last number 1 The CSX mixed paint with logos reminds me of CONRAIL QUALITY. Many surprises & mixed diesels the list goes on. Do I have a lot of scale models to write in & produce after watching this. If i could put this on my big screen television i would maybe a 📀 DVD? 🤔 This is a video winner thanks for presenting this. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👋

Very cool. Always good when people who are familiar with the matter enjoy watching videos on this channel. It's also nice you like the video style. It's a lot of effort, but I think it's worth it. I'm also a modeler and know (and have heard from others) that the close-ups provide a great view of details and this helps them with weathering their models more realistically. Keep watching! There are tons of railroad videos on this channel.
