Really good driving for not having much drive time with all the extra functions!!!! Rear steering can actually give you more uphill bite like using rear dig to pull down the truck into the suspension. Also, crab walk is almost never used. I hope to see much more we rc rock driving from SBG....❤

Top 10 is a good spot. Josh is actually a good backseat driver.😅 👍🏻

Lets give a round of applause for Coach Josh doing an amazing job! With his direction you would think Matt actually knew what he was doing 😂.

And a top tip. When the rock is slippery, some very small back n forth on the steering wheel. Not full lock, but just enough to grab a tread block will help her up climbs. Some of your best driving in this video Matt.

I think Josh had a "jammer" in his pocket and was screwing with your RF. No electrical gremlins, just Josh!!!!! And why was Josh's so much quieter, LOL... I think we need a teardown video with gear inspections......

Running a little noisy?? Your pinion is way off and all your gears need grease!! Then there's your RC!! Haha!! But who am I to talk with all the loose and missing screws I have!! Looks like you had fun despite Josh!! Glad to see it!! Great job and your driving is getting better(?). Praise Wheel! Wiggle, wiggle...etc. 😂

There are a few things I'll change! We had an amazing time!

These courses were stressing me out. Well done for not being a seasoned comp driver. Once you work the gremlins out of your buggy, you'll be way more confident in your line choice. Definitely helps to have a seasoned backseat driver.

Wow! There were some awesome moves Matt! Congratulations! The rig blends really well with the rocks, looks beautiful! Very nice crawling spot and the event seems well put together! Seemed like you had a few issues with the car but couldn't understand what were they, what happened?
@scalebuildersguild4 ай бұрын
Still trying to figure it out, but I've got some ideas. Thanks for watching and I'll be sure to share my findings once I've fully narrowed in on the issue!

I get full size crawlers needing a spotter ,but do you really need a spotter for your own 1/10 buggy lmao.

I haven’t comped before but I can imagine the pressure of the time can be a mental strain and having someone knowledgeable like Josh help focus you on the lines and technique are beneficial.
