What should be the proper pressure for materials? How tight should it be?

It is recommended that you test the pressure with the product before preheating, and the tightness should be slightly tighter when the heating pad is in full contact with the product.

Almost everything is great for the mugs for the hats but when I turn back on with attachment for t-shirt it burns out fuse
