Excellent video but Shadow didn't have a Nerf, what he had was that they fixed a single ability and nothing else, so there's no Nerf. Keep making more builds of Cunning, who is top in DPS. Cunning maintains damage much more than critical.

@@zeken3335 Hi zeken, thank you so much. they nerf frozen energy gain from phantom slash as they claim it as a bug. They just fix level 46 mid season talent description from 25% combo rate to 450% dmg increase. But yeah still not much impact. at late game when we can gain frozen point faster from ice resist, we can spam the 450% dmg phantom slashes more often.
