Your vids. are always an appetizer for my trainings motivation. The technical details and connections behind good muaythai technik, is unique to you here on YT. with the greatest legends from the golden 90s´era. :) At some point you will wake up from ego patterns, if you continue like this. then art reaches its peak! Practices the satipatthana method for muay thai too ;) Big uP Sylvie from Hamburg! be praised buddha

It the old days, the infant death rate was high. So high that it formed a superstitious belief. They believed babies die because there are ghosts that “kidnap” the babies’ souls. To fooled the ghosts, people named their kids 2 names, the real name and play name or nickname. It’s not like Bobby nor Dick nor Tony, which came from the real names, it’s something quite random, because, they were trying to fool the evil spirits there. So, for example, a boy may named Somrak as the real name, but the play name can be a name of animal, such as Duck, plants, such as teak, colors or even random sound that has no meaning, like Ad, Eed, etc. Then time passes, the belief forgotten, the mordern medicine does wonders. Now, it’s just something that Thai parents do, name their kids two names, the official, and the real random one.... Butttttt.... in case of fighting sports, fighters can be named after the gym’s names, their teachers, or just some catchy stage names that may or may not reflect their fighting style.... Like, “Buakao” for example, is not his official name nor play name. Kinda like pro wrestling in a way, come to think of it....
