For some, seclusion is not that appealing. This has a suburban ambience, which might be nice. Also, the pool is fun, because from the street you can't see that someone is swimming just above. That said, property tax + insurance for this is 124K per year, which is insane.

If it was Beverly Hills it wouldve easily been $25million or more. You're right about the decent location part, It's located in WeHo with a decent view but most of the view is obstructed but you still get a decent view.

This remains one of my favourites of all the houses I've watched. The entire house is utilized to perfection and feels like a far bigger house than the square footage. This is no doubt due to the endless outside patio areas. The best part is how private many areas are. A true gem, as well as a true bargain.

The price is down because this house has been on the market for a looooong time. People don't like the pool, anyone on the street can look who's in it. If you make a 7 mil offer, the house is yours.

Definitely not much trust me, just think of the people who can afford to buy these houses, I don’t believe they’re sitting around watching Michael’s videos. The ones who are interested are going to be well aware of the house as long as it’s being advertised properly and is in the MLS system notifying other buyer brokers, which they will then introduce the property to their clients. So no, I can bet not much increase in prospects due to these videos.

Hello Michael about your RR Wheels getting dirty so fast its because you don't have the Ceramic dustless brake pads if you change them out your wheels will never get dirty. Once I heard about them I have done it to all my cars except my 2017 Camaro they haven't made them yet and those wheels get black so fast, I'm suprised RR didn't do that from the start O well.
