This house is real masterpiece. Not because it is more opulent than others. But because it feels inviting and big spaces have been sectioned to home sized pieces. All the materials seem to have real quality too not only visual quality.

I hate gigantic spaces in houses, it feels like such wasted space

These hilltop glass mansions really do top them all......but can't help but wonder with all the wine rooms the danger of partaking while out on the balconies? Keep those house tours coming guys!!!! Just a thought without getting too much like HGTV if it's possible on a tour to talk to the contractors on how the heck they build these monsters on the side of a mountain?

Hi guys, just though I would give my opinion: Lately you have been doing the transitions trough the house very quickly and its a bit hard sometimes to understand the flow of it. I understand you have made some adjustments in relation with your past videos to make them look more professional but I do think its to much. Just wanted to give some feedback. Great video as always.

3:10 that fridge is exactly what any medium duty kitchen or grocery store would use, they scale, its just a matter of adding more blocks of insulation and lining on the walls. Whoever designed that house new whats up, those are very good, but do need professional routine servicing.

Awesome home in a very posh area...big fan of the health equipment! Michael, it's natural to be fearful of being trapped in an elevator, but escalators are what give the repair guys nightmares actually. The CO2 monitors are more for energy efficiency to limit fans from pushing fresh air nonstop than for the actual levels of CO2.

I only recently discovered your channel, Seeing all those gorgeous houses. Producer Michael you make laugh, the banter between you and Adam. You are such a down-to-earth person very wealthy, but no airs and grace's. So you like your toys and your clothes and your watches I'm not forgetting the cars. This will make you laugh one of the houses you visited my entire bungalow is the size of one of the walk-in wardrobes. One thing that does strike me nearly all these houses are painted white, must be a Californian thing.♥️

The "walk in fridge" isnt really a fridge. It appears to be more like a above ground root cellar with the refrigeration used to keep it at lower temperatures. sort of like the wine room being chilled as well, like a wine cellar

It seems that in the house of the "future", you still have ICE cars outside your garage, that you still need to open doors with your hands, that you like in old days you need natural gas kitchen to cook your food, that you still have a gas barbecue outdoors, that you still have old school glass lift doors, an oldschool sauna, it's astonishing how the house of the future pretty much looks like a house from the past (still a very beautiful house).
