8th Gen Civic LX w/Si Muffler | (Before & After Comparison)

Project Civic has been moving along slowly, but surely. One of the biggest additions to the project, and modification to the car, was swapping out the factory muffler for a stock muffler from an 8th Civic Si! It has a very nice and deep tone at start-up and idle, and has soft backfires, giving little pops and burbles! This, along with the Intake have really changed the car, and I love it!

It fit perfectly? I’m thinking about getting an exhaust system for my lx that is made for the SI sedan but I think they are the exact same size

@@makiisbro1129 Yup, perfect fit! Only this I needed was the gasket cuz it was toast. Make sure you get the sedan specific one, but other than that, you should be good to go.

Bolts right on with no modification? Wonder if the same can be done on an Ex coupe

Yep, no modification! And yes! Just make sure you get a muffler for the Si coupe, not sedan
