9,000 Sqft Facility With Burnout Pad Is ALMOST DONE! 🔥

This is one of those things that we’ve been talking about for a while now and for one reason or another it’s been put on hold for the better part of a year but now that we’ve actually cleared permitting, the process has been going pretty fast! The initial expansion of the shop has been completed and now we move onto the electrical work for the new addition AND the burn out pad in the back!

Asphalt molds with the Texas heat and it needs more maintenance, Concrete will stay there forever, we can add black color into the mix for black concrete, 6” thick, #4 rebar 4000psi. I have a concrete company here in Pasadena

If you dont want to see tire marks on concrete you can ask the people who going to pour the concrete to add black dye. Makes all the concrete turn black. Ee did for a texas roadhouse once
