Thank you for teaching us about all of these brands! You’re right, I would have totally overlooked those first blazers 😂 Very amazed by those prices and by your overall numbers! Congrats to you and your team! You guys work so hard and your hard work is sooo appreciated. Also, thanks for showing the tag of the brand, I’m such a visual learner! ❤️ Have a fab day!

Wow, absolutely amazing! You’re an inspiration, for real. 686 is a snowboard/skiing brand. Used to work in a ski shop forever ago and it was a brand sold there, still is. :). Same with the brand “thirty two”. Another one that flies under the radar.

Your videos are the biggest reason I’m having some success reselling. The best example is something that sold within a few weeks of listing…a boys’ Brooks Brothers navy blazer with gold buttons. I paid $5.99. It sold for $75 on eBay today!! I would never have even looked at boys’ blazers if you hadn’t mentioned it. Thank you!!!!

I hate selling dresses so I never look. I love finding their tall joggers and will usually buy their tall leggings as well. They're one brand that consistently has tall pant sizes and it's a go-to brand for tall people. I generally avoid their jeans except for the Rockstars in interesting colors and the stretch corduroy. One exception is the overalls, in both long length and shorts and they always seem to sell consistently.

Yes agree that Denim Supply RL: cardigan is beautiful! The print, the fringe, very surprised you sat on it. BUT you are right the title could have been better, I would have not used "multicolor" nor "size". I would have added the "ralph lauren" instead. But that is in hindsight. I am no expert but I do very well with these items. It could have been that you listed too early more in summer and since it was sitting due to the season it went down in the searches even when it began to get cooler. I tend to look at my store and see what is seasonal and relist them about the time the season is changing...swimwear gets relisted if older than 2 months in mid March and winter wear the same in Mid Sept. I might even up the price a bit. I never increase or decrease prices very much but maybe 10%. Photos are important, but if your buyers can't find the item because its not titled right photos don't matter at all -I would put a step of having someone check a listing over before publishing -someone beside the original drafter since you aren't doing it all yourself. If errors or omissions found let original drafter know of them. But also Offer a bonus if none are found in a week. Yes it might slow things down but if increases sales and profit, might be worth it. Maybe just do on listings over $40 if trying to reduce the time investment. I wish I had someone to check my work. No matter how careful I am or how slow I go, I always find something later (1 in 50 or so) LOL.

@n.s.801511 ай бұрын
@@cayleyelaine AHA! I have a theory. I always drafted my listings on Posh. I temporarily tried creating them in Vendoo and I noticed the new activity did nothing to trigger the Posh algorithm in a meaningful way. I went back to creating them in Posh and BOOM, consistency from the algo. Ebay does not have much momentum for me, I cross list there, thus my suspicions.... : ). Thank you for sharing!

Congrats on the sales! Could you start adding cost of shipping supplies, labor, rent, etc. So we can start to get a real grasp on the cost of doing business. My wife and I are doing about 5k a week on ebay and I want to know the true profit of 9k sales with employees vs 5k without. Thanks, you guys are awesome!
@chrismartin545011 ай бұрын
Scaling is a bit deceptive I believe. I do 4-5k a month part time on my own. If you start adding in renting a space and employees that extra just gets eaten up. I’m happy with my hustle but would love to hire someone just to take pics. I hate that part. Lol
@cayleyelaine11 ай бұрын
Hi! I choose not to share all of the numbers for the privacy of myself and my employees. It's all relative and what I pay for wages and rent will be way different than what you might pay in your area. I'd recommend doing some reason on average costs in your area to get a good idea for the future. Congrats on your sales!

Hello, I've just subscribed. I've been selling on Poshmark for 3 yrs now, but haven't been serious about it until this year, I've managed to achieve ambassador II status on sales, and shares etc, but I'm still learning so much, I don't know how to check comps on posh, or sell thru rates, can you explain, as well what's your biggest tip for Poshmark selling?? Is it closet sharing or is there another secret I need to know? Please do tell... 😊❤😊
@cayleyelaine11 ай бұрын
I check my sold comps on ebay. Even if I sold exclusively on poshmark, I'd still check comps on ebay. Link is below on how to do so. Best advice I can give on any selling platform is to do your research before purchasing something to resell. Only list desireable items. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pKi7p3p7iaigeKc

Hi ladies.. I have a couple of questions 1. I’m fairly small still the ploy bags you use do not have suffocation warning which I noticed are somewhat cheaper. I would love to use the plain zip type ones I noticed other resellers use is there liability for using plain bags? 2. Do you always use the same two size inventory bags. I would love to use just to sizes to save money one for small to medium items and one for medium to large items with use going into winter though what about coats blazers and jackets. Can you tell me what items you ship in the bag sizes you use. Thank you so much for your videos. You ladies are great!
@cayleyelaine11 ай бұрын
Hi! For your first question, are you asking about the clear inventory bags or the bags I ship the items in? Second, if you go to the description of my videos and click on the linktree you'll see my shipping supplies lost. On there are the 2 exact clear bags I store and ship items in (including exact sizes).
@traceydonald196711 ай бұрын
@@cayleyelaine Hey Cayley Thank for responding. I was referring to the clear inventory bags you use for storing your items. I looked at the link and they didn’t appear to have suffocation warning printed on them. I know some retailers use the plain clear ones with no warning. I’m not a LLC reseller yet so I have no liability insurance. I’m just trying to get started so that was my concern regarding the inventory bags.

Question: Do you list your items the same way on Poshmark that you do on Ebay? And do you fill out all the item specifics on Ebay? I always find I sell 5x more items on Poshmark than Ebay even though I have been selling on Ebay for 2 years and I am a top rated seller. My views on Ebay are always very low and I can't figure out why Ebay is not picking up on my SEO?
@cayleyelaine11 ай бұрын
Hi! As far as SEO goes, I've found that really studying which keywords make a brand sell helps. When doing your comps, look at what most of the sold titles are saying and see if you can incorporate them into your listing.
