Everything within that range is totally normal! 😊 If your baby has indeed dropped, then it's good news because it helps increase the pressure on your cervix (and thus prepares your cervix for labor). I was struggling to find out if my baby dropped since my appointment isn’t for another week but I randomly got stretch marks over night. And my husbands mom said it looked like she’s dropped. So, if you suffer from severe pain in your lower back AND lower stomach, it is advisable to get in touch with your doctor! It does not necessarily mean that something is not right. However, when you experience severe pain, the best thing to do is ALWAYS to get in touch with your doctor, just to be on the safe side... All the best for you and your baby!! ❤️❤️

@@CareAboutLittleOnes can u suggest me regarding vbac as my 1st baby was c section and its been exact 4years i deliver the baby .. baby head is down but its not fully engaged my cervix too is not diluted . I am 28years old ,weight 68kg , height 5.5 , i don't have any health condition.. 1st was c section because i got scared as the umbilical cord was around her neck so i requested doctor for c section. But has if now there is no any other health condition i would like to try vbac . Doctor checked my earlier scars its fine i don't have pain.. but the only issue is she said we won't induce u if u have natural pains then we will go for natural birth process.

​@@shaguftamateen483 Thanks a lot for sharing your story! 😊 So, first of all, you can absolutely have a VBAC if your doctor doesn't see any problems. We really meet a lot of women who are having VBACs and there are hardly ever any complications. And even if there are complications, they have nothing to do with the C-section that they had. So please don't be worried at all about the VBAC itself! 😊 The only thing that has to happen is that you go into labor naturally. But at this point, in week 37, you really should not worry too much. Because you have A LOT of time to prepare your body for labor. For example, you can start eating dates, exercise regularly (if you are allowed to exercise) and you could also try acupressure and reflexology which we all explain in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqPImZWrpdybsLs Ideally, this will help you see a few early signs of labor, such as the mucus plug discharge, bloody show, some first contractions etc. And then you can continue with nipple stimulation to intensify the contractions. This process normally works really really well! Just keep in mind that not every woman sees early signs of labor BEFORE she goes into labor. Some women only see them once they are in active labor... We hope this helps you!! We really wish that you can have the most natural birth! You deserve it!! ❤️😊

Yup. Definitely dropped, I just can't see it. I actually feel like I felt her drop twice? Maybe she just moved. Bit more off balance, (scares my husband sometimes as I wobble out then back in balance), got more back pain, and my pelvic girdle pain got so much worse. Ech. XD 37 and 6 today. 38 tomorrow. I love your videos and I'm binging them right now. Your accents are adorable and they bother me at all. My doc has given me the okay to try home induction methods, dates, spicy food, walks, sex, etc.. She's doing great apparently and so am I :D. Very excited to meet my baby girl. Great videos guys!

Hi there 😊, please note that you don't necessarily experience all the symptoms that we explain in this video when your baby has dropped. The problem is that every pregnancy is different. For example: the location of the placenta, size of the baby, position of the baby etc. Please note that breathlessness during pregnancy can also have other causes. And we would like to recommend that you talk with your midwife about it! Don't worry though! In most cases, it's just a side effect of baby's position in the womb.
