ah the waterfall photos were good did you make further edits for enhancement. I agree with your comment about the crowds. Great tutorial as well.

Yes some of the waterfall shots are stacked to combine different exposures. You can’t have the trains and the lighted waterfall at the same time with a single exposure.

Yes. You need a permit for commercial shoots. Personal shoots with tripod is fine

For wedding photography, I'm guessing there is a need to register a form and email before you conduct a wedding photoshoot at Jewel changi right? Even if permission granted, it also doesn't mean you booked some of the designated spots, will definitely have members of public walking around and in the background.

Yes you need to email the permit for approval and cite your designated route. The area is not closed for you so there’ll be members of public in the background
