I can only get about 3 of these. I agree on the OF1910. That is a great bourbon but I think Penelope toasted is a little better for a little more money. I have tried the WT101 and it was just meh for me. I will take Woodford's Reserve or Elijah Craig small batch any day. I tried to like the Evan Williams BIB but I would just as get Canadian Club or Seagram's 7 for a mixer and save money.

Just picked up the Maker’s Mark BEP 2023 2 days ago. I found a liquor store in KY this week that still has cases of Early Times BIB with the black cap/Brown Forman, so I bought 3 more bottles, bringing my total to 8 bottles on the shelf. I use it and Buffalo Trace as primer bourbons. Instead of Stagg, I would suggest Eagle Rare. 🥃

Saz didn’t start producing Early Times BiB at Barton until summer 2021 so don’t expect the juice to taste different until 2025 at the earliest since BiBs are 4yr minimum.

I’m in agreement with your pick of WT 101 Also Early Times BIB is great. Oh yeah Elijah Craig Barrel Proof as well as Larceny barrel proof is great juice.

Makers Mark Wood Finishing series is a good call. I have never seen it on the shelf, and I have never failed to see it available at the distillery.

first of all congrats on hitting 2k subs. 👏I agree Full Proof is way to go with Weller. WT 101 is defineity a stable for the shelf. great price and great in cocktails. such a great list. I agree on the stagg jr. I did a stagg jr madness compared them. I have to agree, it is great. Thanks for another great video.
