I've always enjoyed the Halloween commercials companies had in the 80s and 90s. I remember when the Halloween buckets came out in the 80s, my mother brought me to McDonalds on my birthday to get one because she knew I loved Halloween. I can still recall pulling into the drive thru in her old brown K Car that night and coming home to watch cartoons and eat my little cheeseburger and fries sitting on the living room floor in front of the coffee table. Those were such good times, and I know nostalgia plays a huge roll because we see things through those rose tinted glasses. But those innocent days of our youth, no matter what decades you grew up in, are always something special.

I always loved the old McDonalds commercials. As a kid, yes, we always wanted to just go there and eat, play in the play area, and playing with a toy in our happy meal. But I always loved the McDonalds commercials that had Ronald McDonald and the classic characters they had in them for decades. My favorite McDonalds commercials were the holiday themed ones like Halloween, Christmas, I think they did some for New Years and 4th of July at some point. But my favorite ones were the Halloween themed ones. It's sad that those type of McDonalds commercials are no longer around and they don't do them like that anymore. I want to go back to them good old days and relive them.

there is one Mcdonalds Halloween commercial from 1981 I have not seen since it aired back in 81 a promo for a free sundae on Halloween for kids I believe it was but like I said haven't seen it in the last 41 years

The sad thing is... the scariest thing about all of these is Ronald McDonald, the normal mascot for the franchise. Forget vampire and werwolf costumes, that clown is the real nightmare fuel.

I remember a McDonald's commercial I think it promoted candy buckets luke around 2002 perhaps there was a kid in a vampire suite at the end he has blood on his face girls scream and he says relax it's ketchup anyone know what that one was

One of my favorite toys from McDonalds was a bird girl (I think it was the character, Birdie) dressed up as a pumpkin. You would take off the pumpkin and put it back on her. I think the one at 3:40.
