there are some good takeaways here. Key alarms, or a back room security worker that comes in with the manager to open would be good ideas. high quality security cameras, you want to be able to clearly see your parking lot. to tell the make/color of a vehicle if possible. Time lock safes "for the good stuff" could mitigate some losses since early morning/evenings are likely to be the best times to rob due to decreased foot traffic. Always insure your merch. Cooperate and don't be a hero, sure Larry here neve used a gun, but some thug doing a smash and grab might; nothing in the store is worth dieing over. Put up sign for and allow "lawful concealed carry" even for your employees, never tell or instruct them to use or not use their firearm, let their judgment be their own, but I know I wouldn't be taking any chances with that shit.

@xorphana3 жыл бұрын
@@vision821k4 I enjoyed all of the gta 5 heists. It did get more unrealistic as the game went on, and pushed heavy on the satire. It can be a tricky balance. To me gta was never about being super realistic. But I also wouldn't like it feeling like an arcade game either. Some of the quests were a little over the top though, like the one stealing the submarine I never got very far in gta 4, so I can't compare it as much. I remember having trouble getting used to the driving. Still it could be fun to give 4 another shot and see if I can complete it this time.
@vision821k43 жыл бұрын
@@xorphana The trick to driving is to not tell yourself you are a bad driver, no, no, on the contary, in fact, you were aiming for all civilians and love property damage, you crush all in your path.
@Scolio3 жыл бұрын
@@xorphana gta 4 is probably the most realistic one. Still unrealistic but compared to the others... for instance you cant go into a chain store and buy a fucking gatling gun and heat seeking rocket launchers or buy functional army tanks online. You get a very basic weapon selection from black market weapon dealers that you cant even access until you are brought to one. It is a much more depressing story where financial success and revenge still leaves a bittersweet feeling at best. Im glad gta went back to an over the top design but i will always appreciate GTA 4 for the story it told and i will be doing a replay again soon. Oh yeah, the driving is a bitch. There are some cars that are old boats where clunky driving fits VERY well but the sports cars you eventually get access to should NOT be like that at all, yet they are (but not as bad as the other vehicles)

This kind of reminds me of an old HBO documentary I saw in the mid1980s where they showed how various criminals plied their trade. They had one segment where this burglar showed how he would burglarize houses. He never carried any tools. To case a house he'd knock on the front door to make sure no one was home,.Then he'd go to the back yard and just kick in the back door. He'd then run to the master bedroom (because that's where most people store their valuables) grab a pillow case and load up on any valuables he found. He said he would usually be in and out in less than 3 minutes, more than enough time to beat any response time by the police.

He's certainly lived a remarkable life.

I think storytelling is an absolute art. I love telling or being told stories. There is definitely something in a scene being built in one's mind. In fact, I would say, I love stories more as an adult now than I did as a kid. KZbin is the adult version of my Mum reading me a book before bed. For me personally, I have to see the person telling the story, wether before bed (then I can fall asleep.) Or not. I really think Larry is one of my favorite story tellers on here.
