Whenever I try to do something out of my comfort zone and end up not doing it, I always fell into depression. Then I’d be happy and motivated by thinking “im gonna change” and then the cycle would repeat itself, I’d get depressed. But I can truthfully say that once I listened to this and learnt about meditation and what not, I felt so empowered by strengthening my mind. And still to this day, meditation has helped me achieve many things. So to anyone who scrolls through the comments and sees this and is in the position I was in. Don’t give up, it will take time, but eventually you will arrive where you want to be 🙂

I slept so much better last night. I had a stroke last year, and sleeping has been very difficult. I have only one sleep position because of the paralysis. I usually wake up about every hour. And then it takes me 10 to 20 minutes to fall back asleep. But last night, even though I woke up about four times I went right back to sleep. I slept longer and deeper than I have in a very long time. I like that it is continuous for 9 hours. Im in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Thank you. 😴😴💕💕

Hi i know how you feel because i had a heart attack 2 months ago and because they damage my leg nerves after catherization am dealing with to much pain special nigth time , so i fall sleep for 4 hours and them i waick up easy and take hours sometimes for me to go back to sleep 😣. I honestly think that this is the most highest worship that a person can experience. If you just ponder the thought of listening to one form of nature way of worshiping G-D then you can start to feel his presence just surround you. This is one of the best ones. I have extremely noisy neighbors above who somehow never sleep through the night so I plug in my headphones and turn this up loud in my ears and it does the trick. I can finally get a decent nights sleep. Thank you

I do love this! I have panic and anxiety which led to insomnia and I was afraid to continuously depend on melatonin. I found these sites and thought I would give it a try and to my surprise I go to sleep incredibly fast and stay asleep. This particular one however is so completely restful and pleasant. Yesterday I awoke surprised to find a bright sunny day! If you are on medication to sleep, try this, I believe it is a safer alternative.
