I used ti suffer from severe panic attacks in my early to mid teens. I still get some from time to time, but they are definitely not as bad. When I found this wonderful music, it’s like it cured half of the episodes I had. Whenever I had my phone and headphones on me of I were in public, I’d instantly look it up and let it do its magic. There is definitely something incredibly powerful in the melody. I searched it now because I was having anxiety before leaving for class, so please wish me luck! I am here because my mum was in hospital two weeks ago and she’s still incredibly sick. Three days after she came home, I was broken up with, over message, in the middle of the night. I woke up to a message saying he was leaving me. I have college stress building up, university looming around the corner and a rough home life. I’m heartbroken, anxious and depressed. I struggle to feel free of any of the things that worry me, but this music, it calmed me. For the first time in months I felt some form of calm. Thank you.

My grandma had brain cancer. She wanted calm music, and so this was played in her bedroom, always. Her condition deteriorated in only 3 days, from being able to talk with some problems, to only being able to blink. She died a week ago, sorrounded by her sons and daughters, and her last words before she lost the ability to speak at all were “it is you who I love the most” talking to my mom. Now, I can’t listen to this song without crying like a baby, and have trouble sleeping at all, but I know even darkness must pass to show light, and I’m hopeful for that.

Daughter has cancer and has short life time left, never wants to fall asleep thinking she'll pass away while sleeping without saying her last goodbyes and I'm just so thankful for this because she Is only able to fall asleep with these calm videos 😔 I'm a teenage mother and I would have been as worried as my daughter is... never left her side, she brings joy to my life, her father left us when he found out she was going through Cancer and my parents kicked me out of the house when they found out I was pregnant. Never bothered me because I have my daughter... now.... shes going through lots of depression. Maybe no one around you knows your suffering but you have shared it here and in this comment section, and so many people here care and support you. My mom raised two boys on her own. When I became an adult, I became aware of her sacrifice. We became best friends. I lost her 4 years ago. I'm sure that your daughters are being raised in the best way humanly possible. When your daughters are gown and they know all you have done for them, the love you all share will deepen and give you peace.
