The number one cause of RV fires is electrical including batteries offgassing hydrogen which is extremely flammable and explosive. Your anti-propane propaganda is a joke!

This video deserves way more likes! This is not just some "throw together" thing without substance. The things mentioned are 100% valid. I knew right away that whomever put this together actually did their research properly when they spoke about all the recalls of new RVs, these days, and how many problems they have, Sadly, new RVs these days are NOT made with the same quality parts, design and standards of RVs of just a few years ago. Many of the things show, leaking water connections over wood (rotting) or electrical components to poorly designed and made frames (twisting and buckling) to sub-standard tires, axles, baking systems and springs to gas leaks, to equipment that fails quickly and add to all that, *THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE BY MANY RV SALES COMPANIES and even the manufacturers!* This vid is excellent!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback! It’s true that the RV industry has seen some major changes over the years, and not always for the better. Your point about recalls, substandard parts, and poor customer care really highlights the challenges many RV owners face, especially those new to the lifestyle. What do you think could be done to improve the situation? Should there be stricter regulations on RV manufacturing, or perhaps better support and accountability for sales and service companies? Also, based on your experiences, what advice would you give to someone who’s considering purchasing a new RV? Are there specific things they should look for, or avoid to protect themselves from some of these issues?

This was eye-opening! I never realized how many safety risks I was overlooking in my RV. Definitely adding more CO detectors and checking the propane system more closely. Great tips, thanks for sharing!

@@rollinwithrver Thanks for the reply! Luckily, I haven’t had any close calls yet, but I’ve definitely noticed some issues with condensation and air circulation in colder months. I think better insulation could really help with that. I’d love to hear more about tips for keeping moisture out and preventing mold. Appreciate all the advice, it’s been super helpful!

@@Immarkonesic You're so welcome! I'm glad to hear you've avoided any close calls so far-staying proactive is key! Condensation and air circulation are definitely common challenges, especially during colder months. Better insulation can make a big difference, and so can using dehumidifiers, vent fans, and moisture absorbers to tackle the problem. I’ll definitely add moisture prevention and mold-proofing tips to my list for a future video!
