Hi Paul. Can you update it from Android Version 11 to the new one? Been having some problems with connectivity with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Also Zlink app won't update from inside the app. I see that there are two different version with two different CPUs, mine is Qualcomm QCM6125. Can it support the latest Android version. I see that the new ones all come with Android Version 13. All the best Paul. Looking forward for you response.

Hi, I have the same model in my R60 cooper S. The unit was working normaly yesterday, this morning at start the screen is black, no power on the USB plugs and no warning light on the small center screen ( ex warning light ) as if the was no power at all. Any idea or help ?
