I made the Cookies and cream truffles and they were delicious! I only recommend 2 bags of white chocolate,and the chocolate can't be old. Because when I was making them I ran out of chocolate so I looked around in the kitchen and found extra chocolate lying around and tried to use it but I wouldn't melt right and spread on the truffles. But to avoid that like I said 2 bags of new white chocolate. Hope I helped.
