Here is a progressive training workout that will improve your ball handling, footwork and conditioning. You can do this workout at home, in the driveway or at the gym.
Phase 1
· Ball Jumping Jacks (20x)
· Double Crossovers- Front and Back (10x)
· R/L Hand Combo Front and Thru The Leg Dribbles (10X)
· Hesitation Dribble w/ Look Off (15x)
Rest 30-60 seconds.
Phase 2
· Lateral Jumps Over Ball (10x)
· Scissor Dribbles w/ 1 dribble in between (10x)
· Spider Man Scissor Dribbles (10x)
· Thru the leg, cross over into a cross jab (10x)
· Lateral Skates (20x)
Once you complete the workout, repeat but increase repetitions by 1 for each set. Athletes can stop after the second set or be ambitious and complete a 3rd set. Each time you finish the workout, add 1 rep so it’s progressive.
