My first vehicle was a 1957 Ford Ranchero that my Grandfather bought new and gave me on my 16th Birthday. It was an awesome ride and I kept it until my Daughter was born in 1979.

@haroldsmith8423 I was just thinking that if you live long enough, looking back it might be that you have owned a few of these. I'm 56 and have owned 4 of these models. I still have my old power wagon in an outbuilding, just sitting with a bad tranny waiting on me to get some free time. Lol. It's funny because I never will.

The Model TT was used by many businesses in the early twentieth century. Some folks put oven in the back of a van box. Selling pies and hot food to construction sites. Others put ice boxes on them. Delivered poultry or other meat orders.

I have a 1955 Volkswagen single cab pickup. Not many were imported into the US due to the “chicken tax”.

You have not yet featured the Dodge A-100 Pickups from 1964 to 1970 ,made famous by the Little Red Wagon drag truck,A'100s were rare, and with optional v8 and posi rear ends should qualify it as an early muscle truck,I once owned a 67 5 window with a 318,auto and 411 posi, boasting ps and ac,that would do 0-90 in about 1 eighth of a mile, not bad for a brick nose

Chevy did not have a 350 V8 engine in 1941. Your episode is full of incorrect information and you show many custom trucks.

Rare and collectible, does not mean factory. See the top gear episode with Will Smith were Jeremy takes issues with Will Smiths lyrics regarding a Mercedes. Where Will raps about dropping the top on his Mercedes. Jeremy informs him that Mercedes did not offer a rag top on that model Mercedes. Where upon Will informs Jeremy he's from America and they like to customize thier cars. Suffice to say if you bought a 911 and had your heart set on chopping the top and adding all wheel drive and a microwave oven, someone will do that for you.
