dude wtf this is the worst video ever As a swiss person (also filipino hence my profile pic which I haven't changed in ages) and cheese enthuisiast this is terrible 1. You won't find "Swiss cheese" in Switzerland. "Swiss cheese" is american. the most similar thing in Switzerland is Emmentaler 2. Gruyère comes from the region of Gruyère which is in Switzerland. Not even a German speaking region of Switzerland but a french speaking part Honestly I've stopped at this point idk if I'll continue watching Edit: I continued 3. Feta (PDO) isn't "cow's or sheep's milk". it's minimum 70% sheep's milk, the rest can be goat 4. Is brie unlike other cheeses because it's soft or not aged? Anyway, many other cheeses can also be soft and unaged

Swiss cheese is not a type of cheese! Gruyère is not from Germany! Feta is made from a mixture of goat's and sheep's milk! Brie is aged for 5-6 weeks! And I don't know what to even say about the Cheddar segment! Pretty much nothing was right!!!
