Definitely always use lavender, rosemary and sage. Probably daily for different things. I keep the essential oils for them too. I think it's good to note that when it comes to sage we don't have to use white sage, it's good to explore other options.

Is it cultural appropriation for people who aren't British to call themselves witches given that it was in Britain where the practice was first referred to as "witchcraft" and its practitioners referred to as "witches?"

I found this really helpful. I really need to up my protection work. I will get charcoal disk and burn herbs. Will that make the herbs burn?
