I have watched almost all of your videos and I am very grateful for the enormous amount of useful advice you have given. I have a question. You have recommended several times high water intake and chewing harder food. I came up with a very simple way to solve both issues and I wanted to know if you recommend it or not. And this is constantly chewing ice cubes. Normally I fill my water with these and then I chew, but citing your advice I would like to know if doing this more repeatedly is recommended or not. I wash face with warm (not hot) water, then use cleanser, then rinse it with cold water, then scrub some ice on it, then moisturize and then use gua sha. Def recommend it
