Great content! Another technique that is helpful, is to use the morning hours, or the hours after you wake up, to do your mental tasks. Then as the day progresses, switch to more physical tasks. Our cognitive capacity is at it's highest during those hours.

I have ADHD btw. I tried pomodoro long time ago but I used to get distracted. Maybe I should fine tune the intervals to fit my tendencies. I am going to give it a try again.

@@bharath_murali Try really small intervals, like 10 minutes, and increase the duration with time)
