The 1936-1938 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic would've been the perfect Nr. 10 rare car on your list. There were only 4 units built, 3 of which exist to this day. One was sold in 2010 for 30 million US dollars, one is quite a few a million due to its new parts added after a complete restoration and the other, Ralph Lauren's one, is estimated at 40 million US dollars. I kid you not.. yes, the C2 Corvettte.. and if were blind then, according to your phrasing reinforcing my use of the word "both", it must be in one eye, for you DO know that it raises the question of whether I may be joking about the GTO or the Stradale.. If you DO include "both" in your answer, then you DO know that you'll be nuetralizing your motivation behind typing "both" in the 1st sentence of your question in the 1st place by disregarding your acknowledgment of my justistification in the case of one or the other of your 2 defendant candidates.. I await your response.. will you admit that in your rush to appear of superior taste your biased remark caused you to mis-take? Or, further tightening the noose around your neck, will you follow up on your initially sensless inquiry based on the by default paralogical premis that the blind can actually "see" to begin with? "Win?.. Or.. Lose?. In 'Both' Cases, The Choice Is Yours.. Remeber To Choose Wisely". You DO know that Bill Mitchell owned a couple of E-types.. you DO know that Bill and all of the GM Art&Colour dpt. we're in absolute love with the E-Type.. you DO know Mitchell's right hand man on the style/design team for both the C2 AND the C3 StingRay, Larry Kiyoshi "LA RAY" Shinoda, was a Japanese -American, and that the command from Bill Mitchell to the team was "Make her even prettier than the Jaguar".. and finally, you DO know that the real father of the Corvette, Zora Arkus-Duntov was a Beglian born Russian engineer.. @kiyosenl.38894 жыл бұрын
Yeah they are too easy to get and not as much power as other super cars, cool ars but not really set apart from everyone else like they used to be, for these kinda of prices you usually need fame and extremely low production run, price also plays a factor but its not extremely important, just that the cheaper they sre the less exclusive they usually are, something like the Bugatti veyron or however you spell that is going to be a collectors piece and extremely expensive, its broken a crazy amount of records, is extremely famous, and is extremely exclusive added to that with its heavy maintenance costs so even someone who can afford the vehicle usually cant afford the upkeep, but that could also cause it to be unwanted and absolutely destroy its value as a classic
@hasakukitsune30194 жыл бұрын

But I guess Ford didn't want to spend the money for that or miss that lucrative marketing opportunity. I guess they don't make 'em like Henry Ford II. anymore, willing to risk things. I respect that man, he did show the Commendatore what for after the latter tried one of his many psychological games with him. He also failed to mention two of the rarest cars ever built, since only two were built...the 1952 Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Gullwing. There were only two 300 SLR gull wings ever built. There were plenty 300 SLR's built as roadsters, but only two as gull wings.
@georgebarrett21327 жыл бұрын
Steven Williams.. Beautiful, rarest of rare, and the fastest road car of the day+.. but the very 1st gullwing were the racing W194 of '52.. the 2nd were the production W198 or 300SL of '54.. but the one's you refer to were built later in '54 and 1st raced in '55, these are the W196S (after the '54 W196 F1 racer upon which it was based) and they weren't "plentiful" with a total of only 9 roadster chassis' ever built, of which only the 2 you mention were hybrided with the upper body reconfiguration to coupe's.. Still the forward 2/3'ds of the 300SLR show's clearly from where Ferrari and Shelby took (quite a bit of) inspiration for their 250GTO and Daytona Coupe.. (Heck, even Jaguar's E-type from it's cab forward bear's a stronger resemblance to the SLR than their own D-Type)

I’ve seen and took pictures of Bruce Mclarens personal Mclaren M6GT. Only 3 M6GT’s on the planet, which is very crazy to sink in. It’s very low to the ground, very aerodynamic at the time, and the red paint with the OBH 500H License plate was just beautiful

@@paulthomson9709 The 69 z28s were actually somewhat ahead of their time. And frankly if I'm choosing between a 250 GTO and a half million z28 it's gonna be the z28.
