From The Naked Gun 2 1/2: The electric car shown during the secret meeting is real. It is a 1986 Pontiac Fiero and was never mass produced. It has a top speed of 75 miles per hour and a max range of 50 miles. I was an extra on that movie. The car was given to the director. I have seen the Weinermobile in person. I have a photo of it somewhere.

@6:05 - oxygen exhaust would be a pretty poor choice since o2 is a high energy molecule. When plants make ATP they release o2 into the air not as a waste product, but as a temporary storage. When they USE atp they pull that o2 back out of the air and release co2 and h2o just like animals do when they use atp. Binding oxygen with carbon and hydrogen releases lots of energy.
