It's fans who make yaoi doujinshis of Black Butler, not Yana-san. Never. She creates fan service art that appeals to the SebaCiel shippers, and some scenes (like the corset scene) are intended as parody. The entire manga series is full of parodies. Just read the inside covers of the volumes....

There is also two in Overlord, one is that the butler Sebas full name is actually "Sebas Tian" a pretty obvious reference, another comes in one of the later episodes of Season 1's English dub when one of the pleadies says "And if I couldn't do that for my master, then what kind of maid would I be?" An obvious reference to Sebastian's "If I couldn't do such a simple thing, what kind of butler would I be?"
