I have watched a zillion guitar tutorials on KZbin and yours unquestionably rank among the very best. The information is fantastic and the graphics and backing tracks are superb. Congratulations and keep them coming - I am a serious fan of your work.

Can confirm! Qjamtracks is among the best guitar education resources on KZbin. His explanation, auditory and visual examples are exceptional. And I adore his dutch accent too.

Thank you for a fantastic lesson. I plan on going through this until I understand it thoroughly. Diagramming the intervals is especially helpful as it clarifies the extended chords and which notes to play over them. - Cheers!

Any time I hear the whole tone scale over anything that isn't overly prog rock, I can't help but think of Larry LaLonde.
@somtingwongwai71942 жыл бұрын
if you layer all these scale together, you can just play any note around the chord tones

Am I missing the Hindu pentatonic?
@QJamTracks Жыл бұрын
Yes....there are plenty of other possibilities too and the Hindu is surely one of them, especially for b13 sound (1-2-3-4-5-b6-b7)

Any scale can be played over any chord as long as you know how to resolve the tension created
