We were fortunate to get a Maine Coon that had been returned to the shelter twice. He is a real gentleman and politely asks for things he wants, never demanding. And we do spoil him because he was abused in his last home and was very shy. Now several years later he is a big happy cat and as a bonus it turns out he is an excellent mouser to boot. Such a sweet boy.

That's what I do. I never move my kitties. When my kitties are asleep in the middle of my bed I never pick them up and move them so I can lie down. Instead I sleep twisted around them. I also buy them their favorite foods no matter how expensive they are. I am always looking for new toys for my 2 kitties. I love to surprise them and see their eyes lite up. These kitties are so adorable and give me so much love and pleasure that nothing is too good or expensive for them. I love them so much.❤

I sleep twisted around or in foetus position because of the cats I live with. I buy expensive foods for them too. Their food costs more than mine on some days. I found a very cheap toy though: cardboard toilet rolls.

@@bardofely Plastic milk bottle caps. The kitty "ball" to play fetch with. She liked those strips you pull off to take the cap off. People warned that the cat would eat them but she never did she just brought it back to me to throw again and again.

I live with three and another cat, who has owners, spends most of his time here. He is a Manx cat. He can push doors open if left ajar. He will scratch on closed ones and make a noise till you open them. Cuddly the 10-year-old tuxedo tom was abandoned, Tommy the tabby was a stray and Mum the calico was a feral cat, who turned up in the garden with her kittens seven years back (why I called her Mum). I fed them all and the kittens were rehomed after weaning. Mum was spayed so she couldn't have any more and she moved in. She expects me to comb her fur, she expects to take my computer chair and gets her way. She is scared of other humans still after all this time, so is very difficult for me to find anyone to look after her and the others. All of my cat family jump on me, wake me up, expect doors opened and ruin the apartment furniture with their claws and cat hair. I have become a well-trained cat servant and crazy cat man!

That’s both of my cats, they are spoiled and when one kitty wants to sleep next to me (leaving me around 2 or 3 inches of space on the bed) I’ll just let him lay there and wait until he moves positions or gets up and lays on the floor only to come back a few minutes later and lay right beside me Even when I’m eating I get bombarded by both and to make it easier I’ll show them what I’m eating and they’ll both sniff and walk away and if I have chips (corn chips or potato chips) they either lick the salt off the chip or start playing with the chip then get bored

You'll be surprised how some premium priced brands are filled with processed food remnants/scraps (animal by-products, wheat, artificial preservatives). Unhealthy thickeners which are unhealthy for both your pets and humans guar gum, carrageenan, Propyl Gallate-synthesized-Estrogen pork by-products, slaughterhouse waste etc. etc.

Our Mr Stinky pie and his baby brother Little one are spoiled rotten, thire mama was from a stray dropped off doing Covid.They live outside and both Orange Tabby.They are fixed and Rabies shot.My dad feeds when when ever they do something cute 🥰.Yes all day long they eat on the porch, sleep on the lawn chairs, eating frogs and birds.We love them although they don't want to be cuddled constantly.

I usually make sure to honor my cat's preferences and don't force affection. I got 3 sweet love bites, yesterday, after the extra long walking outside, with leash. 🎉❤ she gives a little cute "buck" upward for getting a pet and gave me nibbles. She does that when I feed her. She wraps her tail around me, while I prepare the food.❤ Rarely, she'll cross my lap, to get only the most gentle petting and settles halfway onto my lap. Only I have done EVERYTHING PERFECT, ALL day, will she snuggle on my chest for a few minutes in bed!😂

Not sure what I did wrong, yesterday. Maybe a piece of furniture slightly moved too close to the bedroom door 😂she jumped down from the window and made a huge racket, moving the door further opened. Then deliberately jumped on me, not gently 😮 and proceeded to harass me. She had enough play, outdoor walking on the leash, but didn't like the "side" of less than favorite food, next to the expensive tuna. 😢I even gave her treats for her great attempt to eat it, but not finishing. Maybe she was still hungry...she harassed me again, so I put her outta the room, with her bed. She threw a fit. When she calmed down, I got up and put cold tuna in her dish, made sure she could see outside and ignored her. 😅😅

Cat food...I alternate between the store brand and the other, and stack the cans where it's cut or shreds one day and pate or meaty pate the next just so she doesn't get tired of any of them.

I hear it so often he is just a cat not a human i say what?i have a kind of different bhealthy brands of food one day mister would like the one brand the next day he will look at it and then at me with a look i do not want this today and he really will not even take a bite so i will give him something else to eat.and that makes him happy again.when company is over they just say let his food stand there when he is hungry he will eat well he wont i just say i do not like eating the same food every day either so i can imagine he wont either.i do not give any of my food i sit on the dinning table and he will sit on the gead of the tsble together with me with his food on a plate too and we eat togethef most of the time.he just started out by keeping me company and now we just enjoy eating together.he is truely my companion ❤❤❤
