It's almost 47C in Central India and it still has no effect of the Summer here, I thought that only North Indian Mountains of Kashmir were conducible for it owing to it being a cold loving plant from the Brassicas. i put those in my curries or rice as chopped for my Dad as it is known to control gallbladder and bile issues. It has helped him a lot.

I love collard greens. Just wish restaurants would stop cooking them with pork. Everyone doesn’t like them that way.

@@lemurianchick I’m a truck driver. I cook them myself when I have the chance, but at times I try to eat them when I’m on the road and most restaurants cook them with swine

@@gods_sun626I see. I have heard truckers who make their own food even on the road. Also, there are health/raw vegan restaurants and stores that sell collard wraps.

@@lemurianchick yeah, I normally steam collards along with other vegetables in a two tier steamer on the road. This requires a strong inverter and it’d be nice to have a fridge to preserve your food until you’re ready to cook them. The current company I’m working for doesn’t provide either.

@@lemurianchick and it’s not easy to pull into a shopping center that has a vegan restaurant. Most restaurants like that aren’t in semi truck and trailer friendly areas

I don't eat pork so why do restaurants cook them with pork it's a very unhealthy meat I know we raised them growing up and they ate anything and we're very nasty
