Thank you! It's a great video! There is not much information on how to build a good training plan - both in the water (sea/pool) and out of the water (gym, running etc.)

You are right, there is very little information on training plans out there. Partly because the sport is so new compared to the traditional sports and we are still figuring things out. I will be beginning 2 months of depth training in March and will start to release videos on how i have prepared before hand and how i will scheduled my depth training.

Hi & thanks for the effort to create this video for the community! You made me curious :) I live far from the sea and can only train deeper diving during my holidays. So would like to know more about #1. Which dry exercises can I do to gain control over glottis/soft palate/tongue please?

Hi Bernadett, There is some great training by Eric Fattah (Fattah/frenzel mouthfill) which is open source and can be found easily online. I have my own favourite exercises and will post a tutorial shortly. Thanks for your comment.

I think it is great for building strength and control, but not so usefull for learning
