Cool content. I have a situation in my bot with the keywords. Is it possible to condition that? I have keywords that contain the whole word that trigger flows, the problem is that if i don't pause the automation, they interfere with the admin conversation. Is there a way to control that in a different way? Thx

Hi Max, i've watch a lot of your tutorial, you've help me so much. I have a specific question, because that tutorial doesn't have the info i'm looking for. Actually, i don't know if what i want is possible. In one of my flow, i ask my customer to take a rendez-vous. What i want to do, is integrate a condition that will send a SMS to the customer on the day of the appointment. But i want my flow to continu after. Do you have a tutorial about that?

Hey Jean-Philippe! I think the easiest way is to store the date of the appointment into a user field, and then trigger a rule that sends the SMS & starts another flow 🙃

Hey Omar! It's somewhere when you click the date variable inside a text block, then there's a little link that allows you to add a custom format.

​@@maxvcollenburg reset means to restart the bot after the client or the user didn't chat for 3 days or more. then they chat back, the bot will automatically say that your chat is expired or restart again from the start thank you in advance

Wow, that's a lot! Haha. But I don't think there's a limit, so it should work 💪 Difficult to say why the age condition isn't working without seeing how you've set it up. Feel free to share a screenshot here.
