I use one of my old iPhones to leave a video diary for my grandson. It’s in the safe with his inheritance and every once in a while i leave a new message on it that he’ll be able to watch me after I’m gone.

@ I haven’t counted them, but I’m on my third phone because the other two have said they’re full. I get him three weekends a month and I was leaving a video after every weekend to tell him what we did all weekend but now I have to kind of slow down he’ll be spending the rest of his life watching videos.

Great video! My own old iPhone is easy to get into but can you go over any changes we need to do in settings where it doesn’t conflict with our current iPhone? What about an old iphone I was given by a relative? I have reset it several times and it will not allow me to log into it with my Apple ID. Also, I know you specialize in Apple but could you do a video like this for BlackBerry Playbook? I have 40 or so of these I would like to find a use for…..

hi is it possible to use wifi to download a book onto my old iPhone no sim so I can then play it without any wifi connection like old books? For instance I have audible purchased books and I want to put two of them on my iPhone and I have 3 old iPhones, instead of taking up room on my current iPhone that does have a simm card? Hope I am making sense. I Have 5, 5SE and 6 iPhones.

Yes, an old iPhone without a SIM card can be used for mostly everything except phone calls as long as it has Wi-Fi.
