I used to use primary and neutral asian paints small oil paint tins and kerosene and used to paint on any material I had. I couldnt use linseed oil as it took very long time for a painting to dry when I tried with oil paste colours..I did not know the use of turpemtine with linseed oil Thanks for that information. As for canvas, I tried marriage invitation cards back side, old bed sheets, jute sack, cloth on which I wiped my brushes and what not but it was fun to do. I never used easel as I couldn't dare to ask my parents to buy it for me. I sat on the ground and did most of my paintings. My parents took painting as a time pass. I didnot mind their thinking. I did continue with what ever material that was available with me. (Even moth eaten ply wood) For pallette , I used steel plate😁. So, this video was very interesting for me to teach some one howto be well organised.

Hey m first time making oil painting with camel linseed but it's been 2 days my painting still not dry I don't hv trpantine can u pls tell me how many days it will take to get dry pls reply

Earlier i also use pure linseed ( no turpentine) . It takes around 7-8 days. Drying time also depends on how thick you apply paint . It can also dry withing 3-4 days( thin paint layer) . Touch dry may take more than 10 days , specially in summer season Solution - either use turp + linseed for initial layer Or use pure paint with less linseed oil
