I've actually shown this to be incorrect many times - I write a first message to say.. 30 matches and I just say "Hey NAME" or something else relatively boring - and I'll get perhaps 20% response rate. Then I write to 30 matches with something playful and fun, and I'll get 50% roughly. There's so much competition on Tinder - lots of people vying for her attention, she'll put her attention on the one that seems fun. If she REALLY loves your profile, then I'd agree that you are correct - but for many guys, their profile will be 'good enough' to swipe right, but so are 20 other guys. So you have to stand out and grab her attention somehow.

Them liking your photo is obviously very important, but the thing is they can get 100 matches/day of men whose photos they like. You have to differentiate yourself in the chat.

So there’s one opener that I use on Tinder. It’s one that doesn’t exactly require thought and it can work on pretty much any profile. The thing is that it also comes across as fun and light-hearted. I’ve found it pretty much always gets a response. My thing is that anyone who choose not to respond to it (considering they’ve already matched with me), is more than likely not worth my time. It makes things much easier to sort out.

Well Alex, I know that if a woman is genuinely interested in you, she should in theory respond to most things you say. But I don’t want to leave anything up to chance. So what I do is I say good (what ever time of day it is+her name)! I then say to break the ice a little (and have some fun) I was thinking we could play a game of 10 questions. Thoughts? This works for a few different reasons. One, no reasonable woman could find this opener creepy, mean, or anything remotely bad. Two, either she’s not going to respond to it (in which case she clearly wasn’t interested, or was looking for validation). Either way you can easily move on. Or she’s going to respond to it positively. After that, I then give the woman I’m talking to the option of asking first, or answering first. This works because either she’s going to allow you to lead and you now have the opportunity to have her “follow” you, or she’s going to show real interest and actually ask you first.

The other key thing in this, is that there’s no worry about a joke/funny thing failing since different woman can have different views on what’s funny and what isn’t. The opener I use (in a way), is a test for someone. It shows whether they are genuinely interested, or not. But my opener also shows that you’re showing interest in someone in a fun way and being inviting to someone to “play” with you. It just makes things much easier to sort out and you don’t have to worry about a failed attempt at humour. The other thing is that you can always mix up the kind of questions you ask, based on someone’s profile. My opener stands out because it’s not boring. It actually has some fun in it. But also comes across as genuine. If a woman can’t/doesn’t respond to that, IMO she wasn’t that interested (or looking for validation) and isn’t worth your time.

I'd be cautious of using the word 'whore' it's a negative trigger word - use 'hussy' instead - it's a bit more playful and comes with less baggage. :)

I don't think it sets any wrong frame, nor do i make her feel entitled. either she responds to it and we take it from there, or she doesn't and still I stayed true to me and what I like to open with

I was going through the women who 'liked me' after a boost feature - My profile has been active for about 2 months - So the quality I could choose from after profile decay - and only selecting from those who liked me - Australia has better women to choose from to be sure - But I needed to access a bunch of profiles quickly for making this video so I went that way. But I agree with you - These were all about 7/10 on avrage - Tindern offers better.

Openers are stupid. If she really likes you, she will respond to Hi (NAME). Its natural and not try hard. Display your wit and banter once your'e a few lines deep into the conversation. It will resonate more deeply and she will appreciate the authenticity of you being able to play verbal ping pong as opposed to simply shooting off lame opening lines. If she doesn't respond to Hi (NAME), she wasn't that interested to begin with and no huge loss.

i disagree. the fact that she likes you from your photos doesn't mean you got her already. Lots of girls explicitly write in their bios "don't just say HI", so I'd be more than glad to go with something more original (at least to me). If she doesn't respond to what I think is a creative and fun opener, then THAT is the sign we're not compatible.

Hey Jimmy - I actually addressed this a little earlier - I needed to find 20 matches quickly for this video (the day before I made it) - I wasn't focussed on hotness of woman so much as profiles that had already liked me that would be fun examples - so while I only about 2-3 women I consider attractive liking me every day - I had a whole bunch sitting in my 'likes me' list that I hadn't bothered to match with - but that was a perfect list for selecting some profiles for this video.
