The points about even some of the best get rejected and the consistencies with systems really do work well because yes, figuring out that system to go along with consistency, does involve some failure so it's not a belt watches situation and time well spent, not wasted, or should I say, waisted :)

Deya, thank you for this video. It's very encouraging. I just started my freelancing career on Upwork, and I'm so close to giving up, but I'll keep pushing. I've sent 9 proposals in total with no response, which got to me. However, after watching this video, I'll keep trying till I win the first. It's all about getting the first

Hey Tolulope! I actually just checked my Upwork profile yesterday for another video that I filmed - and I found that it took me 20 proposals to land my first job on Upwork and another 20 proposals to land my second job. In total, I've sent 288 proposals on Upwork and MANY resulted in no responses. Just sharing as encouragement! :) Keep going!
