Nice Job, I think you could have saved money if the ramp up had been concrete. It could if all been concrete but that ent good for you as your metal fabricators and not builders who would have had all that shutter and concreted. Top Job 👌. Keep them coming 👍

An old friend of mine took over his father's upholstery business his father used to wait months to be paid will the sun is my mate took over demanded payment upfront when the furniture was upholstered if they refuse to give it and said he get it like in 6 months like with his dad he said well I'll pull it up for sale at the end of the week if you don't pay me so it's only right they pay for it before it leaves your workshop
