Loving how the content of these videos have progressed over the last couple of years. It's also great that the only endorsements are your own so they're not filled with adds and you don't have to hold back on the language.

Lee Griffith tell us about it. We’re happy that our followers are great, we’d like more though. Shares and word of mouth always help.

giving as thumbs up but as a surfer I had a trainer who overbuilt me to where I weighed much more on the board than needed. Biking, riding, light and strong is best. Check your trainers who encourage mass, especially if your'e in your late 30s.

Reality Nuggets couldn’t agree more. “Bulk” is completely unnecessary and power to weight ratio is crucial. Building strength doesn’t mean size but for a lot of trainers they only know what they know... which is often bodybuilding or CrossFit, neither consider keeping bodyweight down, only body fat.

@@Fit4Racing Thanks. Doing my best now to get the bulk down, cardio up, and focus on strength with smoothness, speed and flexibility. All this in my mid 40's now. Great content, and thanks for posting these vids. Cheers.

Slight calorie deficit, more protein and fat than is needed, low carbs and sugar.. can lift as heavy as you want, you won’t put on weight

Johnny! Question on how you calculated the Zone 2 HR. You do this differently than I have seen it anywhere. Yours puts you into a higher zone. Why do you calculate it this way. I have only seen it 220- age then x .6 - .7. Can you explain for us novices. Thank you.

How often should you do berpees and how many at a time?

That’s a great question and one we’ll be answering in detail very soon. There are 2 camps with burpees - the lovers and the haters. We’d like to shed some light on the evidence for both arguments and when burpees are appropriate. Sorry we couldn’t let the cat out of the bag to answer your question directly, we do normally like to.
