Hi! I am a highschool student who's main priority is to become a doctor. I am currently struggling with picking a pre med major. Would you mind providing some insight on what you think is a good major for pre med?

Whichever major you are interested in will work. I advise that you take into account the rigor of the major as well as how you will also complete your pre-requisite classes. Something that worked for me was doing something that also fit my strengths. I love math and physics, so I did a biomedical engineering degree which also includes lots of medical applications. Hopefully this can help you think about which major may be a good fit! Biology and biochemistry are the usual pre-med majors, but they are not the only path to medicine.

@@Justinr-12rjust do bio, if u go to a state school or well-known school, all premed reqs will overlap with bio major requirements.
