howdy! love the videos bro, they've been very inspiring to me throughout my journey. i just wanted to recommend a big chop seeing that your a large chunk of your ends are rather frayed. this is obviously to be expected when you've been growing for so long. i was reading up on it and apparently if you don't cut of the frayed ends they will just continue to go further up. i think it wouldnt be a bad idea to start by shoulder or armpit length again. it's up to you though of course!!! thank you for all your content over the years

Yes Cade, I agree with you! Frayed is a good expressiong, oh well. That's the point, my ends are old and damage quite quickly. I actually made "major trim" a couple of days later. DIY Trim for Hip Length Hair: kzbin.info/www/bejne/emPadq1rrKilepY I thought about going even shorter, but I really would miss my hair, haha :D If I really want to go to shoulder length, I can still make the cut any time. hello bro, what do you recommend to eliminate frizz from hair? I have hair like yours but straighter and I have a lot of frizz

Hi, I would recommend this: - no heat. No warm blow dryer, wash at a medium water temperature. - don't wash the hair every day. You can for example just rinse the hair and not use shampoo from time to time - use coconut oil as a leave in conditioner in the ends - depending on how long it is: use a protective hairstyle like a braid, so that it can't tangle up. - trim off damaged ends For me, avoiding heat and using coconut oil really put the hair in a better condition. I hope this helps!
