I do have long hair and you inspire me...beautiful hair thereeee!!! But how frequent you trim the end of your hair? And when you sleep did you let it free or in bun?

Hi SHA ASMRTIST, thank you for your compliments and for your question. Trims: it depends, I used to trim once a year. Then more often, now every 6 weeks. But I would recommend to trim when it is damaged. When I sleep i have it in a braid. I hope this helps :)

Schönes Comeback! Ich mags irgendwie, dass der Bart ab ist, wirkt gepflegter aber 3-7 T Bart stand Dir auch. Schade, dass die letzten ca 30cm doch sehr dünn wirken aber wäre sicher eine Überwindung, sie deutlich zu kürzen (müssen ja nicht gleich 30cm sein)

Danke :) Ja das stimmt, die Enden sind dünn. Ich schneide die Spitzen regelmäßig, damit sie ein bisschen "dicker" wirken. Ich möchte nur wenig abschneiden, aber vielleicht mache ich einmal einen größeren Schnitt.

You have really nice hair but would suggest getting a thickening shampoo for the ends. I use Nature's Gate Sacred Lotus/Jojoba Shampoo for thin/dry hair (U.S. product). Also a hair mask would help. I use Fresh Line Dry Hair Royal Nourishing Hair Mask Nectar (Greek product).

I love the long hair. My hair was cut about eight months ago and it is just starting to look good. People are liking my long hair. I am not sure if I will let my hair get as long as yours though.
