Great video, and so true. It is the whole 'spark joy' thing in a more eloquent form. Too bad some people expect you to stay the same throughout the years, while we all change, all the time. I wachted your videos since you wore bickerjackets and were a teacher and love to see a woman choosing her own path instead of making the same decluttering/minimslism video a 1000 times but slightly differently. Recently I got rid of my old, wornout wardrobe in which I had some very difficult moments, and was worn out anyway. I got back to my style from 15 years ago, be it a little more sophisticated and better quality. I love it. It is as you say, everything is / has energy, who do you want to be and what do you want to attract? Being ruthless in letting go is essential to become who we aspire to be.

I am inspired by your appreciation of aesthetics. I see that in everything - clothes, objects, home, how things are displayed…Tbh, I unfollowed you at one point but I am following your channel again because of your transformation! I don’t think most of us would stick to one style forever. My wardrobe now is already slightly different to that from 6 months/a year ago because I am changing too as a person. But I see that there is a thread going through your version today and the previous style ie small wardrobe of things that you love. Thanks Patricia for sharing your personal philosophy which has inspired me to re-examine my own.

It takes dedication-remember that it is an addiction and test it accordingly-be gentle with yourself but also firm. Fill your free time with enjoyable activities when you can!
