Real men cry ❤ ya Chris keeping you in my prayers & thoughts buddy. Try to find happiness in little things each day ( feeding ducks, watching tree tops blow in the wind, rubbing dogs belly, feed peanuts to squirrels, playing in the snow / rain, pick flowers put on a table))slow down & smell the roses ( don't rush threw the day enjoy the things you go by every day but just don't see it - pay attention, all these small things bring huge joy & closer to yourself & God
