It's pretty easy tbh 18 comes in between 10 and 20 . It's closest to 20 with a difference of 2. Subtract 2 from 18 and multiply it by 20. Add the square of the difference. That'll be 4 . You'll get 324. THAT'S IT. That's how they teach us here in India.

Bill Gates started a company, Known as "Founder", Now his roleplay is business more than managerials so his part is the BOD (Board of the directors), Satya Nadella roleplaying as CEO who does the managements and operations. The 2nd thing is you're trying to defend yourself by saying "If Bill Gates wasn't there, Then where would be Satya Nadella", Right? The reason of the defence could be that you didn't know the actual meaning and roleplay of CEO and founder or it's pure jealousy.

As an Indian kid, I would say we are in fact good at math. Most of us love math, but some obviously hate it. When Indians, even those who hate math, go to a different country they realize that they're much better at math than they thought. I've seen this happen many times in my life. Also the reason we're able to answer these exponent questions so easily and quickly is because most of them we've seen several times in textbooks and have memorized. For example, I'm just 11 but I was able to answer all of these questions in a matter of seconds.
